How to convert a directX file (.x)into a binary file (also a .x file)?

that is:there're two storage formats of .x file(txt and binary ),and now i have txt storage format .xfile,which starts as follows:

and what i want to say is:how can i get binary storage format .x file from the txt storage format file?
like this:
