TFS 2010 CMMI Process Work Flow . Can any 1 explain plz

hi all

i want to know that the work flow of cmmi model... for requirements

like when requiremnet comes first

who will activate it?? eg ... (account manager , project manager or else? )

aftere that who will approve it??? (review commite , or some other commiteee)

after that where the requirements assign to?? (developer lead ? team etc?)

as i given above i want to knw the flow of the model for requirements ...

im software engineer in centegy technologies. and im implimenting tfs 2010 with cmmi process.

so i want to knw the all posible scenerios for the work flow of process..

i have google it alot but cant find any thing for it..
