problem in deploying my asp.net website

I am new to asp.net. I followed the instructions in internet and tried to publish my site in my domain address.

I did like this.. in VS2008 Build > Publish website. I gave the ftp address, username, password..
checked allow precompiled site to be updatable box
I waited for about 30 minutes.. but the VS2008 is stuck like hell. not responding.. why??? my internet connection is good..

when i cheched my ftp folder of my site space i saw 3 folders.. 1. db/ 2. log/ 3. wwwroot/

Anyone plzzzz help me......

Just provide the Username & Password
Then You will Get Httpdocs & Httpsdocs folder & many More

Solution 2

Paste you published code in wwwroot folder. make sure your first page of website must be index.aspx or default.aspx..

make it answer if you got your answer..
