Hi guys i am on a trouble! One of my senior programmer ecrypted a jet engine DB file using encryption software. Now i am unable to open the database for any further modifications. How do i decrypt the same and have total control over on it.

Please suggest me i will remain greatful to you all.

I don't know about anyone else, but I will not help decrypt something unless you have the keys and the proper way of doing it. I have no way of knowing whether or not you are eligible to have that data.

To say the true, you are not able to do that anyway. Unless this is really lousy encryption of course. OP's problem is not encryption. The problem is poorly organizational, the ability to maintain the ownership of code and data assert. If this problem is not solving, doing development is useless.

You can't, unless he tells you the encryption key and you use the same or equivalent software.

That is, after all, the whole point of encryption...
