i want to know abt the testing tools

i have learnt the dot net course .i completed mca in 2010.but still i dont have job that make me in touch with dotnet.recently i joined a institution.to explain project execution to the students.but i am not developing any programs by usng dotnet.
whats the use of .net when i dont implement by myself.

so i want to do the testing tools or any other course that suits be best.please suggest me.what type of course should i adopt which can be usefull to me for my career development

We can't, really. That isn't a Quick Answers question, it's the beginning of a long discussion with (preferably) people in your own country, who know the local job market better than the rest of the world would.
