How to record music with Windows Core Audio?

I have tried a lot but unable to find the resolution. Need suggestion.

Earlier, I asked about waveIn and something, but I found it is not what I actually needed.

The most important problem is related to playblack. The application needs to record the MIC-IN and LINE-IN the same time and playback immediately in less than 30ms.

I want to have a try with core audio! Any advice ?

Core Audio? That's a Mac Technology, right?

You have to use Direct Sound, please google it to learn the basics, and try to use it.
