can i make the installer , install the application and its database by itself

Is there any way to make the installer, install the applicaion/software system and its database. this should happen even if there is no dbms installed in the current os.
The user is not good with computers but he may just know how to install a program and does not know anything about databases or any technical stuff.

Yes you can add a database install to your installer. Check the links in order to do it how:

Using a custom action add DB to your installer[^]
Deploy your Application and Database[^]
