White flash/flicker on website

Hi there,

There's a flash/flicker that happens randomly on my wordpress site - it happens randomly within the first 20 seconds of loading the website and then again at random times.

This is the link of the website- hostcompass.ca/icf

Not sure why this is happening, it only started happening recently, it wasn't an issue from the start.

Hoping someone can shed some light as to why this might be happening.

Process of elimination.

Remove/disable all plugins and use a default template. If that works, leave the plugs disabled and use your template. If that flashes, then you know what your problem is. If not, then load/enable one plugin at a time and test. When the flicker appears, then you will know which plugin has the problem. unload all plugins and only enable the plugin with the problem. Now test again. If the problem is still there, then there could be a problem with the plugin or the plug's template (CSS).
